INVITATION TO QUOTE FOR THE PROVISION OF CLEANING SERVICES AT THE LAOS-SINGAPORE COOPERATION CENTRE

INVITATION TO QUOTE (ITQ) – QUOTATION REFERENCE NO. VTE03 - 2025

The Singapore Embassy in Vientiane invites interested companies to quote for the Provision of Cleaning Services at the Laos-Singapore Cooperation Centre in Vientiane, Lao PDR for a period of two (2) years from 1 March 2026 to 29 February 2028, with the option to extend for a further one (1) year from 1 March 2028 to 28 February 2029.

The site briefing will be held on Monday, 15 December 2025 at 1100hrs (Vientiane Local Time) at the Laos-Singapore Cooperation Centre. Registration to attend the site briefing must be made before 12 December 2025, 1700hrs (Vientiane Time). Please take note that attendance to the site briefing is COMPULSORY.

Please submit your ITQ proposal BY HAND to the Singapore Embassy in Vientiane. This Invitation to Quote will close on Wednesday, 7 January 2025 at 1500 hours (Vientiane Local Time). Late submission will be disqualified.

The submitted ITQ proposal must be valid for a period of 60 days from the closing date of this ITQ.

The Award Notice will be posted on the bulletin board at the Embassy.
