INVITATION TO QUOTE (ITQ) – TENDER REFERENCE NO. VTE 02-2024
The Singapore Embassy in Vientiane invites interested companies to Quote for the repaving work at the carpark of the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Vientiane, Lao PDR.
Please contact Mr Dominic Low at +856 21 353 939 or email: Singemb_vte@mfa.sg for enquiries or to register for the site briefing and request for the ITQ Documents. The site briefing will be held on Friday, 29 November 2024 at 10.00 am (Vientiane Local Time). Registration to attend the site briefing must be made before 28 November 2024, 4.00 pm (Vientiane Local Time). Please take note that attendance to the site briefing is COMPULSORY.
Please submit your ITQ proposal BY HAND to the Singapore Embassy in Vientiane. This Invitation to ITQ will close on Friday, 6 December 2024, 3.00 pm (Vientiane Local Time). Late submissions will be disqualified.
The submitted ITQ proposal must be valid for a period of 60 days from the closing date of this ITQ.
The Award Notice will be posted on the bulletin board at the Embassy.
