INVITATION TO QUOTE (ITQ) – TENDER REFERENCE NO. VTE01-2025

The Singapore Embassy in Vientiane invites interested companies to Quote for the provision of air-conditioning system consultancy and project management services for the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Vientiane, Lao PDR

Please contact Mr Dominic Low at +856 21 353 939 or email: Singemb_vte@mfa.sg for enquiries or to register for the site briefing and request for the ITQ Documents.  The site briefing will be held on Friday, 15 August 2025 at 10.00 am (Vientiane Local Time).  Registration to attend the site briefing must be made before 14 August 2025, 3.00 pm (Vientiane Local Time).  Please take note that attendance to the site briefing is COMPULSORY.

Please submit your ITQ proposal BY HAND to the Singapore Embassy in Vientiane before this ITQ closes on Monday, 1 September 2025, 3.00 pm (Vientiane Local Time).  Late submissions will be disqualified.

The submitted ITQ proposal must be valid for a period of 60 days from the closing date of this ITQ.

The Award Notice will be posted on the bulletin board at the Embassy.
