INVITATION TO QUOTE (ITQ) – TENDER REFERENCE NO. VTE01 - 2026

The Singapore Embassy in Vientiane invites interested companies to quote for the provision of landscaping services at the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore and the Official Residence of the Ambassador in Vientiane, Lao PDR, for a period of two (2) years from 11 January 2027 to 10 January 2029, with the option to extend for a further two (2) years from 11 January 2029 to 10 January 2031.

Please contact Mr Dominic Low at Singemb_vte@mfa.sg ↗ for enquiries or to register for the site briefing and request for the ITQ Documents.  The site briefing will be held on Monday, 12 October 2026 at 11.00 am (Vientiane Local Time).  Registration to attend the site briefing must be made before Thursday, 8 October 2026.  Please take note that attendance to the site briefing is COMPULSORY.

Please submit your ITQ proposal IN HARDCOPIES to the Singapore Embassy in Vientiane before this ITQ closes on Friday, 23 October 2026, 3.00pm (Vientiane Local Time).  Late submissions will be disqualified.

The submitted ITQ proposal must be valid for a period of 90 days from the closing date of this ITQ.

The Award Notice will be posted on the bulletin board at the Embassy.
