INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE PROVISION OF FACILITY MANAGEMENT SERVICES AT THE EMBASSY OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE AND THE OFFICIAL RESIDENCE OF THE AMBASSADOR IN VIENTIANE, LAO PDR

INVITATION TO TENDER (ITT) – TENDER REFERENCE NO. VTE02-2025

The Singapore Embassy in Vientiane invites interested companies to Tender for the provision of facility management services at the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore and the Official Residence of the Ambassador in Vientiane, Lao PDR.

Please contact Mr Dominic Low at +856 21 353 939 or email: Singemb_vte@mfa.sg for enquiries or to register for the Tender briefing and request for the ITT Documents.  The Tender briefing will be held on Friday, 31 October 2025 at 2.30 pm(Vientiane Local Time) via Zoom.  Registration to attend the site briefing must be made before 29 October 2025, 11.00am (Vientiane Local Time).  Please take note that attendance to the Tender briefing is COMPULSORY.

Please submit your ITT proposal IN HARDCOPIES to the Singapore Embassy in Vientiane before this ITT closes on Monday, 1 December 2025, 3.00pm (Vientiane Local Time).  Late submissions will be disqualified.

The submitted ITT proposal must be valid for a period of 90 days from the closing date of this ITT.

The Award Notice will be posted on the bulletin board at the Embassy.
