INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE PROVISION OF SECURITY MANPOWER SERVICES AT THE EMBASSY OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE IN VIENTIANE, LAO PDR

INVITATION TO QUOTE (ITQ) – TENDER REFERENCE NO. FOR000ETT26000063

The Singapore Embassy in Vientiane invites interested companies to tender for the provision of security manpower services at the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Vientiane, Lao PDR, for a period of two (2) years from 1 March 2027 to 28 February 2029, with the option to extend for a further two (2) years from 1 March 2029 to 28 February 2031.

Please contact Mr Dominic Low at Singemb_vte@mfa.sg ↗ for enquiries or to register for the site briefing and request for the ITT Documents.  The site briefing will be held on Friday, 30 October 2026 at 11.00 am (Vientiane Local Time).  Registration to attend the site briefing must be made before Thursday, 29 October 2026.  Please take note that attendance to the site briefing is COMPULSORY.

Please submit your ITQ proposal IN HARDCOPIES to the Singapore Embassy in Vientiane before this ITQ closes on Wednesday, 1 December 2026, 3.00pm (Vientiane Local Time).  Late submissions will be disqualified.

The submitted ITT proposal must be valid for a period of 90 days from the closing date of this ITT.

The Award Notice will be posted on the bulletin board at the Embassy.
